TITAN Containers A/S is the world’s largest privately-owned company specializing in storage containers. With headquarters in Taastrup and operations in over 90 countries, the company requires efficient communication channels across different time zones and geographical locations. By adopting IntraActive, TITAN Containers has introduced a modern intranet that streamlines workflows and minimizes email overload.
Why IntraActive?
When TITAN Containers set out to establish an intranet, Group CMO Rasmus Nørgaard explored several SharePoint-based solutions from Danish providers. Among them was Fellowmind, which develops and delivers IntraActive Intranet.
When I had spoken to all the possible suppliers, there was no doubt. The demo of IntraActive lived up to all our requirements. Here, after the go-live of our own IntraActive Intranet, I can also confirm that our implemented intranet fully lives up to the demo I was shown at our very first meeting.
From decision to go-live in just weeks
Once the decision was made, it took only a few weeks for the intranet to go live.

From the first kick-off meeting to the official launch, only three weeks passed.
Given TITAN Containers’ extensive global presence, challenges such as time zone differences and language barriers can hinder communication. The IntraActive Intranet effectively addresses these issues with automated translation features and a built-in calendar displaying local public holidays across all TITAN Containers offices.
Additionally, the integrated notification system via Microsoft Teams and the mobile app ensures that employees never miss important updates on the intranet.

An intranet that unites the company
TITAN Containers employees have embraced their new collaboration platform with great enthusiasm.
“The feedback we have received from the various countries has been very positive, and it is clear that employees feel more updated on the company’s activities. We have become better at sharing knowledge. For example, if we can have a customer in England who has a problem we have solved, now we can easily share that story on the intranet so that customers in other countries can benefit from the same solution,” explains Rasmus Nørgaard, Group CMO, TITAN Containers.
The successful implementation of IntraActive has not only enhanced internal communication but also strengthened teamwork and knowledge sharing across the company’s global divisions.
