Sustainability in action

Fellowmind set science-based decarbonization targets in 2024. To be net zero on scope 1 and 2 in 2030, and net zero across all scopes by 2050 latest, supported by the group wide decarbonization plan we created to drive climate change

We conducted a double materiality assessment on sustainability and financial impact, confirming the ESG priorities are indeed material and aligned with our business strategy.

Through our Digital Inclusion Fund, Fellowmind has over the past couple of years allocated €10,000 to local digital literacy initiatives but also sharing our expertise with the receiving organizations including Ashoka, the Digihulplijn project and Stoop.nu’s anti-bullying campaign. 

We embed our ESG policies into our operations, with 91% of employees completing the mandatory training on our Code of Conduct and Whistleblower policy.

Helping customers accelerate their green transition

At Fellowmind we enable our customers to adopt and leverage data and solutions to drive their green transformation. With OSTP, we automated OSTP’s carbon emissions reporting by integrating Microsoft Sustainability Manager with their existing Microsoft business platform—leading to actionable insights for business and emission reduction purposes. This project earned Fellowmind a finalist spot in the Microsoft Partner of the Year Awards (Sustainability Changemaker category).
