Originally from the Nordics, now working in Germany, Mia embodies the Finnish "Sisu Power" (Sisu: the Finnish art of inner strength) – a term that perfectly captures her unwavering "can do" attitude and resilience. “The “essence” of Sisu is about continuing to work diligently, even when faced with significant challenges. It shows up when we push through difficult tasks, tight deadlines, or stressful periods without giving up, despite feeling exhausted or overwhelmed - always keeping the positive and determined mind.
We learn from failures with renewed determination, viewing them as valuable experiences rather than permanent defeats. We do not seek recognition for our efforts but rather continue working toward the goal, driven by a sense of purpose rather than external validation. Groups push forward together, helping and supporting each other through shared challenges, and showing loyalty to the group’s success.”
