SignUp Software acquires Axtension from Fellowmind
SignUp Software, a leading provider of innovative financial processing solutions for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, is happy to announce the acquisition of Netherlands-based company Axtension, an Independent Software Vendor founded in 2007 and Microsoft Inner Circle Partner. Axtension specializes in accounts payable automation, document management, enterprise projects and shipment orchestration.
With this acquisition, SignUp Software expands the reach of its portfolio of ISV solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365. This new constellation will provide an unrivaled offering for customers and partners.
